Welcome to The Sports Plex! We are an indoor sports facility located in Frederick, MD. Our facility houses two, full-size regulation artificial turf fields on which our core programs are held. We offer youth and adult soccer, youth and adult lacrosse, youth and adult flag football, summer camps, soccer and lacrosse clinics, birthday parties and more!

Our mission at The Sports Plex is to provide a high quality environment and facility for Frederick and surrounding area athletes. Our goal is to promote physical fitness and sportsmanship. We offer several sports programs for youth and adults, clinics, and tournaments, as well as other services, such as birthday parties, and youth group and student lock-ins.

We are interested in knowing how we may serve your needs.

As you may or may not know, The Plex houses other businesses in the building. As of Summer 2007, the two-story gym located in the back of the building is now under the same ownership as The Sports Plex. The gym is now doing business as The Sports Plex Fitness Center. Feel free to stop in at your next game for a tour. Use this link for more information on the Fitness Center.
